Bikeability Wales is a Swansea based charity set up to promote cycling for kids with disabilities. At the heart of the charity is a fleet of modified bikes so that kids can either ride safely themselves or be cycled by volunteers. The aim is to give every child the experience of the freedom of cycling. The charity is staffed by volunteers and they also link up with local authorities to promote cycling. The charity was set up by my late sister Laura.
